I want everyone to observe one child in your classrooms. If you do not have a classroom I want you to observe any child. 

These are the areas of observation I want you to focus on:

1. Cognitive Development (Unit 3 Slide)

2. Emotional Development (Unit 4 Slide)

3. Identity Development (Unit 5 slide)

4. Language and Literacy Development 

After you did your observation please write a 3 page report about your observation and your findings. The report needs to be written in APA format. Please remember not to write the child's name, but use initials.
