Part-1:

A system which the levels of management decided according to their authority is said to be hierarchy. Management hierarchy plays a key role in any organization. It mainly depends on the number of people required for the specific work. There are difficult things taken in to consideration for deciding the management levels like nature of the work, complexity of the things to perform. In any organization there are mainly two levels of management i.e. higher level and lower level. Higher levels means who are in vice-president levels and business heads. All other work force comes under lower level   of management. There is also no specific thing taken in to consideration for deciding the higher and lower levels of management. But some companies will take the years of experience and degree of study.

Part-2:

There are different types of management in any company like strategic management and operational management. The decisions taken by strategic management decides the company growth.They have to take the correct decisions in specific time, otherwise there will be more losses to company both economically and socially. Strategy management selects the operational management people and also establishes the company structure and oath.

Operational management means the people who will take care of quality of the products, distribution, and inventory.
