Can someone help me out with this newsletter. I need formatting and design help. I am trying to put the pics up but having lots of trouble. I would also like to have a faded back ground of something Marine Corps like on all the pages. I have the rest of the newsletter but I just need to have now kicked up a notch. You know with word art, clip art, heading art, borders. The colors that I am looking for is blue and red as the dominant colors in the newsletter. PLease help me build my newsletter
