Need a paper written 3-4 pages on the following I have included previous information that you need for background information. I need this completed by 6/17/2018  by 4:00pm Central time. In 3–4 pages, excluding APA references, address the following:

·         Write your Needs Statement. Substantiate the need by presenting proof of need. Keep in mind that the Needs Statement must reflect best practices in grant writing.

·         Next, using bullets, list your goals, then your objectives, and finally your evaluation criteria for each one.

It is imperative that your needs statement, goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria align.

For example, Goal #1, Objective #1, and Evaluation Criteria #1 must align and collectively meet the needs statement.

When developing your objectives, use the SMART objectives framework; list each of your project objectives.

·         Project objectives must be specific.

·         Project objectives must be measurable.

·         Project objectives must be achievable.

·         Project objectives must be realistic.

·         Project objectives must be time-based.

Here is my assessment from the previous assignment

Those of us that have labored in the treatment of alcohol and drug abuse know well that detox is an often missed step in the process to recovery. In assessing communities it is very important to look at some of the things that were looked at in the counties or parishes that were looked at in the last assignment. In the targeted areas there is treatment available but detox is far and few between. Many times for alcohol, and/or opioid users trying to get clean is a hard and they are unsuccessful. Detox centers that are readily available and that also take indigent clients is a must in communities.

Every community should have affordable detox available within at least a 50 mile radius of indigent care treatment facilities to help the referral process be seamless. 

Goal #1 Make help available for everyone who wants to beat addiction 

Goal #2 Make detox accessible

Goal #3 Utilize peer recovery support services to improve outcomes

Objectives: As a part of seeking funding for detox within these communities it will be important to  include a plan for sustainability. So often centers receive funding for projects then after a few years the money is dried up and the facilities close. This detox center will be sustained because we will seek community buy ins.
