In Chapter 10 of the textbook by Henslin (2018) you have read about medical care. The cost of medical insurance has become a concern for many individuals in America today. Share why the cost of physical illness and mental illness is seen as a social problem. What can be done to make medical care more efficient? Share your concerns and thoughts as to how America might approach this social problem. Be sure to discuss Symbolic Interactionism, Functionalism, and the Conflict theory as to how these three sociological theories tie in with medical care.
