There are those who are arguing for theimportance of the robotics in the production process, and they are those who are against the ideaof utilizing the robots. With this in mind, the discussion has brought the situation of mixedfeeling and relations. Many people are arguing that the introduction of these robots will have ahuge impact on the job market as those who were involved in the production process will not beneeded anymore. On their side, many companies are arguing that with technology it is the onlyway that they might realize their value as an element of human related errors will be eliminated.The focus of the paper will be on utility value of technology in the process of reducing errors inthe production process.They are many reasons why the use of robots in the production process is the best way ofmaking sure radical and well production process has been created. These ranges from the factthat they decrease the production costs through the element of speed increase in the productionprocess. Second is the issue of the shorter cycle times which is created through the leanmanufacturing model. It is created by the fact that robots have the ability to work at a constantspeed without pausing for health break, sleep or vacation (Kuo et al 2017). The third is theelement of the improved quality and also reliability in the process. It is created through precisionand high levels of repeatability. With this, it ensures that products are manufactured to the samespecification and the same process by the end. Some robots havethe capability of doing multiple jobs in a continuous cycle at the end.The current argument is enough when looking at the various mechanisms that can be usedin the process of supporting robotic. They may be disadvantages, but the results have proven thatthe use of tech is the way forward. It can ensure that every component is well articulated and thatthe production process is well organized at the organizational level.Counter ArgumentCritics of the use of robots in the production process argue that incorporation of robotsmeans that the employees who were involved in the production process will lose their jobs. Theyargue that that introduction of robots is like replacing them with machinery in the process.Second is the cost which is involved in the venture (Lacity, & Willcocks, 2016). Many argue thatthe initial investment is significant. Another agreement isbased on that incorporating industrial robots in most cases does not always guarantee results.With this, if a company identifies the wrong type of technology then it means that by the end thecompany.
