What are some ways that organizations can capture explicit knowledge? How can they best capture tacit knowledge?  What are the most important considerations in a crime scene response? Why is the team approach important to crime scene investigation? What is the result of errors at this stage of the investigation? Provide an example of an actual criminal investigation where errors created issues in the prosecution of the case.
