You work at a small software development company based in Seattle (on Lake Union) and your organization has a job opening for an administrative assistant.  You are looking for someone who can take on additional challenges, besides greeting clients and answering phones. This person will report to you, the Office Manager.

2.  Where should HR recruit and/or post job openings for this position?  What are the advantages and disadvantages of each possibility you list?

3.  Write a job description of at least 3 paragraphs (use of bullet points is ok).  Address the job title, position description, desired qualifications, and requirements of the position.  Note: If you are unsure of what content to include in your job description, you should research (not plagiarize) the types of qualifications needed for similar positions at other companies.
