A group of world historians is meeting to determine who was the most important non-American of the 20th century (1900-1999).  You have been asked to present your selection for most important non-American of the 20th century.  You will need to write a formal argument on why your selected person should be considered the most influential non-American of the 20th century.  Keep in mind that these are historians you are writing to, so you will need to use high-quality historical sources and strong reasoning to convince them to choose your selected person.
