A wrestler had his right foot planted when he is tossed to to the floor and his foot stepped on. His ankle inverted; his foot turned in; and he felt a snap and pain on the outside of his foot; 1.5-2 inches forward from the lateral malleous. Pain is present with inversion, eversion, and plantar flexion and over the lateral foot with swelling but no visible deformity. What 6 injurties could this be and what is your clinical evidence from the case?
