Instead, it integrates all of them. Why do you appreciate/question the authors’ findings and/or agree/disagree with their assertions? How are their findings and/or assertions consistent/ inconsistent with your organizational experiences? What do/don’t the authors seem to grasp? Why do their findings and/or assertions surprise you, excite you, incite you, give you hope, seem frustratingly impractical to you, and/or anger you?
