• Relate Zaccaro’s four perspectives on executive leadership to the role of a leader in organizational change. How is each of the four perspectives relevant to how you currently lead?
• What are the best strategies an executive leader can use when trying to sustain organizational change? Give examples from your observations or from your professional experience. Be sure to include some examples of unanticipated consequences and what can be done about them.
