1) What is your reaction to the film?

2) Were you able to identify with any of the people in the documentary? With Amy? Her mother? Her co-workers?

3) Pick one of the people in the documentary and describe how you think you might react in a similar situation? 

4) What are some of the reasons that make it difficult for victims to leave abusive relationships?

5) What are the signs of an abuser?

6) How does our community (i.e., local police force, hospitals, workplaces, universities) respond to domestic violence? Do you know? Where can you go to find out?

7) Were there any instances in the timeline where something could have been done to prevent Amy’s death? If so, when?

8) How can we let our community (i.e., friends and family, local police force, advocacy organizations, hospitals, workplaces, etc.) know that any type of domestic violence in our community is NOT acceptable?
