I don't understand the purpose of this lab experiment. Could you please elaborate the purpose of the experiment. What I am trying to figure out in this experiment? Also on instruction #3 on page 3 of this experiment, I'm suppose to fill in the concentration, mg/mL on tube #2-8, with tube #1 starting at 10 mg/mL and ending with tube #9 at 0 mg/mL. How do I get the dilution concentrations for tube #2-8?
