 Business strategy consult.  Perform a business strategy consultation.  List the business’s goals and how the organization measures performance relative to their goals.  With the help of the business owner(s)/manager(s), perform a SWOT analysis.  With the client or on your own, focus on at least 2 additional topical areas (i.e., 2 Chapters—non SWOT) and provide recommendations based on the principles of strategy.  Any brief with 2 or more grammatical/spelling/formatting errors will receive a score of 0.
