a) When you open the site, you'll see that you can calculate a "quick footprint estimate." Don't enter any information yet. You'll see five categories of carbon emissions (Travel, Home, Food, Goods, and Services). The CO2 emissions listed in each category are for the average family, with an average income. Which categories are associated with the most and least emissions? Roughly how many metric tons of CO2 per year come from these two categories?

b)Now use the slider on the left to change just the income. Examine the emitted carbon associated with those households those making over $120,000/year. By what percentage are their total emissions greater than the household with average income? (You'll have to calculate the percentages yourselves, as the percentages may not update correctly on the web site. Also note that the y-axis of the bar chart changes as the web site updates the calculations.)
