Can someone please advise me how I should calculate and present CAPM as an Analysis?

Risk free rate is: 2.78% (Aus gov bond)

Market Risk free premium is: 6.6%

And the company beta is: 0.84

I'm having difficulty in being able to interpret the equation/calculation and advise whether this would be a good investment?
