1. Read Chapter 11

2. Read About Sleep on pages 115-134 of your textbook.

3. Create your own study notes and a creative power point from your readings.  Provide descriptions of your key points in the note section of the PowerPoint.  Do not copy verbatim from the textbook, and remember to cite your sources in APA format properly.  Your PowerPoint slide should only include ten slides from any reading area.    Note any points that aren't clear and review them again.
