Regardless of where we are in an organization, we all lead. Leader success can go a long way in overall organizational success. Review the Leadership Case located in Module 4: Lecture Materials & Resources, and respond to the questions at the end.

• Complete the Leadership Case
  1. What are your thoughts about the importance of character in effective leadership?
  2. Using the eleven principles of leadership in the exercise, list which principles would be most instrumental in developing character in a leader.
  3. Think about your own leadership in your place of employment (or recent employment) in terms of past managerial and leadership accomplishments. How does your profile as aleader compare to the eleven principles listed in the exercise. What do you think you need to work on for future success? Why?
