The assignment is to determine which option would be better for the company based on financial calculation results. So, first, you have to figure out what finance calculation you do ( like IRR (internal rate of return), NPV (net present value), or any calculation based on the given information ) to determine which option would be better. 

Then you will write 2-3 pages Memo.
