Choose two leadership styles (these are the leadership styles that you have been describing in the discussion boards) and respond to the following prompts in your final paper:

(1) Describe the leadership style;

(2) Compare and contrast the strengths and weaknesses of the leadership styles you have chosen;

(3) Identify one leader for each leadership style and provide two to three examples of how this leader has successfully demonstrated the leadership style (describe the results obtained by the leader);

(4) Identify which leadership style you deem as most effective in today's society and why. 

(5) Identify one leadership style that you believe is not relevant today and explain why. 

Your final paper should be five to eight (5-8) pages in length and be typed, double-spaced using 12-point Times New Roman font. Be sure to cite any sources that you use in APA format, both throughout the body of your paper and using a 'References' page at the end of your paper.
