In Chapter 7, Magee explains the differences between supraliminal and subliminal primes. Discuss a supraliminal and subliminal prime that you personally experienced. Describe how effective each prime was at influencing your impression of the prime’s target. In general, which type of prime do you feel is more effective at persuading audiences? Your initial response should be 150-200 words in length. Describe a television show you have seen that would be considered “entertainment education”. What message was it trying to educate to audiences?
