Compose a 250 words assignment on egypt: human trafficking. Needs to be plagiarism free! Egypt: Human Trafficking Summary: Egypts sentiments on the increased human trafficking indicate that thereare growing security anxieties in the Northern region regardless of various international meetings aimed at curbing the same (Nader n.p.).

Development: Human trafficking in Egypt and the North African region continues to blossom as individuals from the Middle East and war-torn African countries enter Europe through the Mediterranean sea (Nader n.p.). Libya is the prime departure hub for the immigrants seeking a better life in the west. According to the UNHCR, over 219,000 immigrants entered Europe in 2014. The increased migration is due to the pull factors such as the lifestyle advocated through the media and push factors such as poverty and insecurity (Nader n.p.).

Analysis: Human trafficking in Egypt targets refugees and asylum-seekers in the Sudanese refugee camps. Various Bedouin gangs hold the refugee hostage in the Sinai desert for ransom. In other instances, the hostages are killed, and their organs sold. According to Al-Gammal, the kidnappers trade the captives to Israel (Nader n.p.). It is unfortunate that the security of asylum-seekers and refugees is at risk despite their fleeing from the war in their homeland. Although Egypt has enacted laws to curtail the practice, it is unfortunate that the Human Rights Watch report on how refugees and other hostages suffer in the hands of the Egyptian bandits. Additionally, the exchange of the Syrian women for marriage in the country is an oppressive practice that violates Article 89 of the Egyptian constitution. Specifically, the Constitution warns against slavery and all forms of oppression, forced exploitation, as well as human and sex trafficking (Nader n.p.).
