A) Some owners have recommended eliminating the playoffs and just crowning the regular season leader as the league champion. Why might this be a bad idea? Why would some owners think this is a good idea?

B) Los Angeles originally had a team in the MLL but had to shut down because of financial concerns. If a team from another location wants a new stadium in their hometown, they can use Los Angeles strategically. What's the technical term for Los Angeles in this case?
