Reflect on the strategic plan of your chosen company and in light of current macroeconomic and cultural changes and how they guide decision-making. Reflect on strategic planning as it relates both to a company and to your own personal life. Discuss the international aspect of the strategic plan. Identify and assess the 4 P's, the AFI Strategies (that should include a SWOT Analysis), The Baldrige Excellence Builder Handout from Week 1, Porter's Five Forces of Strategy (you may find six as well) Porter's Generic Strategies (e.g., Cost Leadership, four strategies).

What is your company's strategy pertaining to these?  Provide your assessment and any recommendations.

How will this week's assignment elements and recommendations help the company (or not) gain a competitive advantage. 

repare the first three sections for submission and final paper. The sections should be written completely as if they were all ready to be graded and part of the final paper.  The sections should be your introduction, leadership, ethics, and strategic analysis. Each section should be between 2-3 pages of narrative, with assessment and recommendations to promote competitive advantage and the references should build on the five references listed in the outline.

Each section should define the part of the business, describe how the company is approaching that part of the business, and then analyze that part of the business given your knowledge and experience.
