Crisis Communication

Drawing from any of the assigned or optional readings, presentations or other resources provided in this session, or from your own research, what do you think is the best definition for crisis communication? How does that concept relate to, or differ from, the concept of risk communication? Is a genuinely all-hazards approach to crisis communication practical and appropriate, or should there be distinct differences in the approach to crisis communication regarding the threat of terrorism versus other hazards such as natural or technological disasters?
