In Week Two, you will develop a business case for implementing CRM within your current organization, an organization you are familiar with, or an organization you can research. Make sure you name and briefly describe the organization.

Create a 1-page diagram that illustrates at least five operational sources and five business usages of CRM data that would be stored in the data warehouse and used for the CRM system from that business case (mentioned above). To create your diagram, use the software of your choice such as Microsoft® Visio®, Microsoft® PowerPoint®, or LucidChart.

Save the diagram as a PDF for submission.

Write a 1-page narrative that explains each element in the diagram and addresses the quality of the data needed for each element.
