The chapter articulates two change models, Kurt Lewins three step model and the Traditional Action Research Model, which consists of 5 steps.  While the book applies these to organizations, change is also present in small group dynamics such as families.  Which change model do you have an affinity for?  Thnk back on your dominant leadership style. Does that leadership style drive your change model?  Are there times where this is not as beneficial as you had hoped?
