Saudi Armco is an oil company based in Dhahran,Saudi Arabia ,there is a lot of supply chain issues that has impact in Armco operation causing inventory issues ,late delivery or quality concerns ,i want your help to examine model of the company, how it's impacted and how they overcome the issues.
