Examine your organization or an organization you are familiar with regarding their use of ETL workflows. You may use an organization found in an article.  If the organization has ETL workflows, does the selected organization give the appropriate level of attention to ETL workflows? Discuss any data quality issues your selected organization has experienced due to their ETL workflows.  

If your organization does not use ETL workflows or you cannot find an organization that does, describe why they should or should not implement this technology.
