Does falling down the stairs count as accidental death?

My wife just got a life insurance policy. A policy that ensures that I get $150k if and when she dies. I get $200k if she dies accidentally. Now, if my wife were to fall down the steps and twist her neck would that count as accidental death? Thanks a lot.
