Employee E has Supervisor XX and Employee F has Supervisor YY.  Employees E and F are competitive peers in different departments.  All four people attend E’s presentation on a decision topic that will impact both departments.  E knows in advance that F does not agree with E’s solution.  As E delivers the presentation, F says nothing.  At the end of the presentation, E’s proposed solution is taken under advisement by the two supervisors.  What if any action should E take?
