Prompt: Imagine you are a field epidemiologist tracking one of the outbreaks on the CDC Current Outbreak List. Write a journal entry that addresses the following:

 Choose one of the outbreaks on the list and identify a few (4 to 5) key steps you would take to investigate the problem. You may use a bulleted list. Consider the outbreak games (Epiville and CDC Solve the Outbreak) as you craft your response.

 Then, reflect on the role of the epidemiologist and how field epidemiology connects to epidemiology and the knowledge and concepts you have learned about in this course.
