"Winning Paper": You will discuss an organization which used, modified, or developed a successful strategy in dealing with changes, opportunites, or problems. The organization may be a business, a charity, a team, a government agency, etc. You should include at least three credible sources; you may not count general references works as such sources.

I would like to talk about how Ellen Degeneres and her team have created a successful show, endearing her to millions, and how that also makes LGBT (or LGBTQ) more acceptable to mainstream America.
