Assignment brief
The word count for this assessment is 2000 words. This excludes the end reference list but includes everything else.
The theme of the assignment is on the topic of motivation in the context of healthcare.
Using the skills which you studied in Unit 2, you will search for 4 different types of literature on the topic of motivating healthcare professionals: (i) a journal article, (ii) a book chapter, (iii) a report and (iv) a webpage. The title and author for each source are provided below. You should look for these sources through multiple search strategies. For each reference you will need to:
Write the full reference using the Harvard standard format.
Write a short in-text citation of the reference
Write a critic of the reliability of the source using the CRAAP test
Write a short summary of the literature including what you consider to be the strengths and weaknesses of the arguments presented.
