For the facility of your choice (Laurel High School Athletic Field House), approved by the instructor, create a profile of the management practices of the facility.  Your profile will review the following areas of facility management:

·       Programming/scheduling;

·       Human resources;

·       Revenue streams;

·       Activity and event risk management;

·       Best practices;

·       Areas for improvement;

·       Strategies for change.

Your profile should be based on personal observation, interviews with current managers/employees, and supporting research (minimum of one outside reference).  You will create a power point presentation of at least 15 slides. Be certain to receive approval from facility owner/manager before beginning your profile.  Submit phone number and name of contact at facility.  I will follow up.  See Rubric and an example in Canvas Module for this assignment. Upload your power point into Canvas by the deadline.
