So how do you think the actions were handled in the aftermath of 9/11 - there was no preparation and no historical precedent of Al Quaida and the war on terror ?

2. Do you see any problem with creating a separate ethical code - for military operations in relation to enhanced interrogation or torture to minimize these ethical issues in the "grey" areas ?
