global week 7 discussion

Chapter 7 discusses onboarding in a global workplace.  Figure 7.1 on page 180 discusses high-content and high-context cultures.  Pick a country from Figure 7.1 and discuss how onboarding might be carried out for that organization in that country.  Do not use the same country that another student may use.  Pick a country not the actual region.  For example, if you select the Middle East, then select a country within the Middle East.  Latin America is also not a country, but a region that includes several countries.  Please remember to reference your work and include both in-text citations (also known as parenthetical citations) and a full reference using the APA style.  The APA Guide is located in the Student Center tab under the Additional Resources.
