Question: Two 4-sided dice are tossed 10 times. Leave probability answers as percents rounded to one decimal place.

b) What is the probability that a sum of 4 occurs, at most, twice?

I made a chart listing all outcomes and there are 3 possible outcomes to get a sum of 4 ... so is the answer 3/16??

I feel like there is more to it...
