i have a question.. i do not understand how privatizing  education can be done? What should government do to privatize education? The main objective is to reduce education expense on government. One way to privatize education is government gives people education vouchers. But this is almost same expense  right ?  How much should education voucher cover (should it pay 100% expense or partially) Also what are other ways government can privatize education.  also how can i predict what will happen  to the market after privatization? for example public schools will increase or decrease??? ect...please answer in detail thanks
