Motivation to transferring from my current to the of Illinois The American dream is one of the essential tools that motivate every American towards patriotism and national development, from social, economical, and political perspectives. This is because of the dream’s provisional hope that every American has the freedom to advance to personal prosperity. The idea of the national dream formed the foundation of my childhood desire to venture into and excel in business, an objective that I still hold. I have, for this reason, worked hard in my primary and secondary levels of education for a university opportunity that can open my way to realization of my dream of venturing into the corporate world.

My dream, followed by a further developed interest to graduate with an undergraduate degree in finance, has motivated my desire to transfer from my current institution, Parkland College to the University of Illinois’ business program for the fall 2013. The choice to transfer to the University of Illinois is majorly because of the institution’s international reputation of developing quality professionals into the job market. The institution also has extensive facilities with a team of dedicated professionals for career mentorship. Its finance program is also the best in the country, to offer graduates the best opportunity in the competitive job market.

I have also dedicated to work hard towards completing the course within the institution’s schedule. I have particularly quit my job to find sufficient time for the studies and have scholarships for finances. My life experience that includes social and financial strain together with parental responsibility also motivates me to work hard for self-reliance and social responsibility.
