Hi, I am looking for someone to write an article on reflection journal 3 Paper must be at least 250 words. Please, no plagiarized work! Reflection Journal 3 One finds the lesson on and lifestyles very enlightening and interesting especially the discussion on lifestyles of the old capitalist elite (Rothman 189). Contemporary society have found greater appeal in determining the lives of the rich, the famous, and of celebrities that media content focus so much on these topics. It was thereby revealing and illuminating that, as disclosed by Rothman and citing Gallo and Gallo (2002), “it might seem cynical to express sympathy for the children of the new rich, but some do experience real psychological problems” (Rothman 193). The time spent by famous parents working and earning a living takes most of their precious time away from their children. As such, no amount of money could take the place of physical support, presence, and comfort that these children apparently need during their crucial stages of growth and development.

This topic is therefore relevant and applicable in current times since the same situation still pervades contemporary society. Due to the stratification discussed in previous chapters, the disparities in social classes give greater access to vast amounts of knowledge, resources, capabilities and income to the higher income groups. However, through the lessons indicated here, one realized that there are negative effects that are hardly being exposed or discussed, especially in terms of the drastic effects that the lifestyles of the rich and the famous accord to their children.
