Therefore, this argument starts with three ancient features that many theists believe in as true of God. The logical problem, hence, argues that such a being cannot allow or tolerate any evil. There being evil then it is automatic that there is no such being. In the simplest form of this argument is that God is omnipotent, he is wholly good and yet evil exists (Rowe 30). These three propositions specks up contradictions, as if two are true then the other one is false. The contradiction is not immediate, showing this requires additional premises. The principles are that good opposes evil just as evil is eliminated by good things. Therefore, there are no limits on the things an omnipotent thing can do. From the above, it is then follows that evil is completely eliminated by a good omnipotent thing. The logical problem of evil concludes that the existence of God and evil’s existence lead to a contradiction. According to this argument, there is no way both of these assertions can be true. The evidential problem of evil This argument starts with the existence of the evil, but it follows a different way. It seeks not to disapprove Gods existence by looking for contradiction between God and evil existence. ...

This argument does not conclude with proves that there is no God (Rowe 45). There is much evidence that abounds in this world of evil as horrendous nature. It is therefore not easy to understand why God allows such things to happen. Even in the world we live in we do not understand many things such as what is behind the gravitational force or the exact role of subatomic particles. Despite this we believe in the physical realities. There are certain suggested reasons as to why God allows some horrendous evils to exist in this world. It could be that some people can never sense their utmost dependence on God except by experiencing the hard pain they do in their lives. Some people experience some pain maybe because God wants to accomplish certain things among his demonic or angelic creatures (Rowe 98). It may also be that the pain we are undergoing in this life is a preparation for us to exist in the life to come. It is therefore agreeable to many people that in this world there is better than evil which makes life worth living. There is also positive evidence on the existence of God: the evidence in the design in nature, the historical pieces of evidence on scripture reliability and lastly Jesus Christ’s resurrection. It is therefore improbable to say that evil or God exist. The problem of evil argument can be put that since evil exists then God cannot. Christians refute that evil is only an illusion and not a thing, God decides in resolving evil in practice and is not just a theory. evil has a role in life as it is a way of making ourselves better and that evil is not created by God the creator but it reveals to us our own free will.
