He was so angry that his abrupt exclamation of ‘The damn thing is dead!’ scared the cats that ran for their life! For him, this entire process was utterly ‘painful’ because he had lost a lot of his data that had to be revived painstakingly.

The claims, that iMac makes, are not consistent with its performance. Apple claims to be the most advanced company in terms of the number of applications that are found on their computers. To some extent, it is true too. However, the claims are usually not the truth. An example of this fact is the iMac screens. iMac claims to have the best picture quality in terms of the number of pixels and the size of the LCDs. However, it is noteworthy that the black borders just make the screens appear larger as is the case with many HDTVs. The screens are highly ‘reflective’ and one cannot watch any videos or pictures without ignoring the ‘shadows formed behind.’ So the reality is different from the claims.

It seems that the Apple is concentrating more on the outward display rather than the inner capabilities of the computers. It is a very good thing that the computers provide a varied number of applications and the use of webcams etc. However, the introduction of these is letting the quality of the products to decrease. Derrick’s case is one example. There are many other people who believe that in the previous ten years the iMac has ‘become visibly less of a computer and more of a display. The intricate designs that are shown on the body of the computers are also representative of this fact.

Most importantly, the prices of the apple products are very high and are nothing compared to the prices charged by other companies. It is true that the processors of Apple are better than those of other companies. However, the sky-high prices are not affordable for everyone.&nbsp. People tend to buy something that is cheap rather than ‘double their price for something faster and bigger.’&nbsp.&nbsp.
