1) What do you think is the number one problem facing the United States today and why? Can you think of any potential solution to your chosen problem?

3) After reading the first few chapters of The Power Elite, what points have you found most interesting? Are there any points that Mills makes (remember this was published in 1956) which you think are applicable to politics today?
