How does one:
How does one: "Apply a border with Double solid lines style and 1/2 pt weight to the horizontal line separating row 1 from row 2, and also the vertical line separating the first column from the second."?
I know how to edit tables and how to add a border to the whole table, but editing a line (more specifically, adding a border to the line and giving it color) is stumping me.
