How is transduction different from conjugation?

Transduction is a process by which genetic material is transferred with the help of Bacteriophages ( ).

Bacteriophage inject its DNA into bacterial cell and that bacterial cells treat that foreign DNA as it'd own dna and ligate it with it;s own genome.

Conjugation is the exchange of genetic material between two acieved by formation of conjugation tube.
