In preparation for this discussion, read about the status of children in one state.  You are encouraged to select the State of America's Children 2020 Fact Sheet for your home state. In your initial post: 

• From the Fact Sheet data, summarize your selected state’s strengths, greatest challenges and any startling statistics.
• Advocacy:  Based on what you learned from the Fact Sheet about the children in your state, select one area for which you would advocate for young children. Describe one action you would take as a child advocate to address this issue using the Help Me Grow System.
