I am pursuing online MBA and the current course is Business Law.

I am pursuing online MBA and the current course is Business Law. I have first assignment to submit where I need to write a memo to defend my organization for employment discrimination and that employer breeches the confidentiality contract signed with employer. I am really not able to move on with this assignment as I am more from technical background, not understanding this much.

Can I get any help on this ?
