What provisions of the Constitutional of Azerbaijan have been elaborated in a separate law(s)? What issues were regulated in a separate law and what was the need in adopting it?  (for example, Right to Marry (Article 34, Constitution) and Family Code; or Freedom of Association (Art 58, Constitution) and Law on NGOs, etc.)
